This creates a shortcut that opens nagatop in full-screen mode, giving it the look and feel of a native app. You will not see the Safari toolbar, and nagatop will load faster on subsequent visits because your browser caches images and data.
Alternatively, just bookmark nagatop.id in Safari and access it from your bookmarks. Both methods work equally well; the home-screen shortcut is simply more convenient. iOS 12 and newer versions are supported. Your login and account data remain the same whether you use the Safari web version or the home-screen shortcut.
App versus browser: which should you use?
Our Android app offers offline caching, which means some data (like team names and fixture schedules for Liga 1 or Piala AFF) can be accessed even if your internet drops briefly. The app also sends push notifications for live events, market updates, and withdrawal confirmations. Both Android and iOS versions use less data than the web browser because the app compresses images and caches stylesheets. If you have a limited data plan, the app is the better choice. The web version, however, is instantly available without installation and works on any device. Choose the web version if you prefer simplicity or do not want to enable "Unknown Sources" on Android.

The web version is slightly heavier in file size than the app because it does not cache as aggressively, but modern browsers and home broadband make this imperceptible. On mobile phones, the web version is touch-optimized; buttons are large enough to tap without zooming. On tablets and desktops, nagatop adapts to wider screens, displaying multiple markets or live-dealer tables side-by-side.
